Letters, 1925-1964.

Consists of the correspondence of Ernest S. Greene, who was employed as secretary in the early 1920's to Upton Beall Sinclair. Mary Craig Kimbrough Sinclair, (Mrs. Upton Beall Sinclair), 1883-1961, author, who participated actively in the making of the film in Mexico, wrote to Greene about this and sent copies of other correspondence to him to keep him informed. In 1950 Greene arranged to publish in Intro for Winter, 1951, a story "Brother Logan" written by Upton Sinclair under Green's own name as suggested by Sinclair. A brief flurry of editorial interest in Greene's writing followed. The collection includes a folder of printed material and photographs of Sergei Mikahailovich Eisenstein and Upton Beall Sinclair.
